Thanks for shopping with Glowmark Designs! Almost everything we sell is made by hand in our studio in Ashkum, IL. Below is what to expect from order to doorstep. If anything here doesn't answer your question, we'd rather you ask than guess — text or call 815-839-6158 or email sales@glowmarkdesigns.com.

Production turnaround

Most of what we sell is made-to-order, so production time is separate from shipping time. Typical production windows by product type:

  • In-stock partner gear (Central Stars, Routy Racing, OpenAir Offroad, Central Comets): 1–3 business days
  • Custom apparel (tees, hoodies, fleece, long sleeve): 5–7 business days
  • Leather, leatherette, and full-color patch hats: 7–10 business days
  • Laser-engraved drinkware (tumblers, water bottles, wine tumblers, can coolers): 5–10 business days
  • Engraved gifts (cutting boards, coasters, keychains, nursery signs, business cards): 5–10 business days
  • Bulk and team orders (25+ pieces): 10–14 business days — we'll confirm a target date in writing after design approval

Production starts after design approval (where applicable) and full payment. If you need an order by a specific date, please tell us in the order notes or send a quick text — we'll let you know up front whether we can hit it.

Shipping methods and transit time

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground from Ashkum, IL. Once your order leaves the studio, typical transit times are:

  • Midwest (IL, IN, IA, MO, WI, MI, OH, KY): 1–3 business days
  • Rest of the contiguous US: 2–5 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 5–10 business days

Carrier transit is not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Once we hand a package to the carrier, the package is in their hands.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your destination. We do not mark up shipping — the rate you see is what the carrier charges us. We periodically run free-shipping promotions; sign up for our list to get notified.

Local pickup (free)

If you're local to Kankakee County, you can pick up your order in person and skip shipping costs entirely. Choose Local Pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup address: 409 East Fine Street, Ashkum, IL 60911
  • By appointment only: we'll text or email you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup window
  • Hold time: we'll hold pickup orders for 30 days; after that we may ship at our discretion or contact you to arrange a different time

Order confirmations and tracking

You'll get an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. If you don't see either within a few hours, check your spam folder, then reach out — sometimes a typo in the email at checkout is the culprit and we can fix it.

Address changes and order edits

If you need to change your shipping address or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can almost always make changes before production begins. Once an item is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If a tracking number stops updating for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you don't have it:

  1. Check with neighbors and any household members
  2. Look for a delivery notice or check side/back doors
  3. Contact your local post office or UPS hub with the tracking number
  4. If still missing, contact us at sales@glowmarkdesigns.com and we'll help open a carrier claim

We'll work with you to make it right — the specific resolution depends on the carrier's investigation, but our default is to do whatever is fair. Custom items lost in transit may need to be re-made (production time still applies).

Damaged in transit

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and email them to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll repair, replace, or refund — see our Refund Policy for full details on returns and exchanges.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and US territories. We are not set up for international shipping at this time. If you need an order shipped overseas, contact us first and we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
