Ordering & custom design

Do you have order minimums?

No. Most of our products have no minimum order — you can order one custom hat, one tumbler, or one shirt. Bulk pricing kicks in around 25+ pieces; reach out for a quote.

Can I send my own design or logo?

Absolutely — that's most of what we do. We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF files. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) give the best results, especially on patches and engravings. If your file isn't print-ready, we'll let you know what to send.

I have an idea but no design — can you make one?

Yes. Design services start at $25 for simple text or logo cleanup, up to about $300 for detailed illustration work. We'll talk through your concept first and quote based on scope.

How does the custom-order process work?

  1. Tell us what you want — use the contact form, text us, or pick a base product and add notes at checkout
  2. Mockup approval — we send a digital proof; you approve or request changes
  3. Production — we make it (turnaround depends on product type, see Shipping & Production)
  4. Ship or pickup — your choice at checkout

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't gone into production yet, almost always yes — just let us know quickly. Once an item is in production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Production & shipping

How long until my order ships?

Depends on what you ordered. In-stock partner gear ships in 1–3 business days; custom apparel takes 5–7 business days; patch hats and engraved items take 7–10 business days. Full breakdown on the Shipping & Production page.

Where do you ship?

All 50 US states plus US territories. We don't ship internationally yet — contact us if you need an exception.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes — free local pickup at our studio in Ashkum, IL. Choose Local Pickup at checkout. We'll text or email you when your order is ready and arrange a window. Pickup is by appointment only.

Do you offer rush orders?

Sometimes. If you have a deadline, text 815-839-6158 with your timeline before placing the order — we'll let you know whether we can hit it. We don't charge a separate rush fee on most items; we just need to know.

Returns, exchanges & sizing

Can I return a custom product?

No — because each item is made to your specs, custom and personalized products are non-returnable. If something arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right (repair, replace, or refund). Full details in our Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take photos of the packaging and the damage and email sales@glowmarkdesigns.com within 7 days. We'll work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund.

How does sizing run on apparel?

Most of our tees and hoodies are unisex retail fit — order your usual size, or size up if you want a looser look. Youth sizing follows standard youth size charts. If you want a specific brand sizing chart (Bella+Canvas, Gildan, NextLevel, etc.), email us and we'll send the exact spec sheet.

Payment & pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For wholesale or partner-store invoicing, we can also do ACH or check — just ask.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes. We work with schools, teams, nonprofits, and businesses on bulk orders and ongoing partner stores. Email sales@glowmarkdesigns.com with what you're looking for and we'll send pricing.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not currently — if you want to gift Glowmark goods, the easiest path is to place the order yourself or contact us and we'll set up an invoice for the recipient.

Partner stores & fundraising

Can my team / school / nonprofit have a custom store?

Yes — this is a big part of what we do. We host custom stores for free for most apparel and patch hats. You set the markup, we handle production, fulfillment, and shipping, and we send your share. See the Shop Partners page for details or text 815-839-6158.

How does revenue share work?

You set the retail price, we charge our base cost plus production, and the difference goes to your team or organization. Specifics depend on product mix and volume — we'll walk through the math with you before you launch.
