If you've ever tried to organize team apparel, fundraising merch, or company swag, you know the drill: collect sizes, chase payments, place a bulk order, hope it shows up on time, then deal with the people who missed the deadline. Glowmark Designs runs custom partner stores that take all of that off your plate — for free.

How it works

  1. Tell us your goal. Fundraiser? Team apparel? Branded company gear? Event drop? We'll talk through what you want, what's realistic, and what works best for your group.
  2. We design the store. Hats, apparel, drinkware, gifts — you pick the products, we set up the storefront with your branding. Need design help? Our design services start at $25 for simple work, up to $300 for detailed illustration.
  3. You launch. We give you the link. You share it however you want — social, email, group chat, QR code at the game.
  4. We make and ship every order, individually. No collecting sizes, no bulk minimums, no chasing payment. Each customer pays at checkout, picks their size, and we ship to them (or hold for local pickup).
  5. You earn revenue share. You set the markup. We charge our base cost plus production. The difference goes to your team or organization — we send your payout on a regular schedule.

What it costs you

Hosting your store is free for most products, including all standard apparel and our patch hats made with leather or leatherette. Specialty items like embroidery, chenille patches, or low-volume specialty drinkware may require an upfront production deposit, but in those cases we adjust your revenue share so you earn more per item to offset it.

You set the prices. You decide whether the goal is maximum fundraising, brand awareness at price-accessible markups, or somewhere in between. We'll walk through the math with you before you launch so there are no surprises.

Add-on services

  • In-person sales at your event. We can show up with inventory and a Square reader and sell live at games, fundraisers, fairs, or company events. Book us in advance — we'll quote based on travel and time.
  • We hold your inventory. If you want to bulk-produce certain pieces in advance for faster shipping, we'll store them at the studio at no charge until they sell.
  • Sports photography (NEW). If your partner store is a youth sports program, we can also shoot game-day photography — see our Sports Photography page for VIP coverage details.
